All of our staff conform to the latest industry standards which enables us to plan for all capacities and eventualities, thus ensuring the smooth running of your premises.
At G.S.S. we believe in a customer centred approach. To elaborate on this we encourage and train our security staff to have a positive, friendly and approachable attitude towards the patrons which attend the premises.
We believe that the first impression is a vital one, as all too often the stereotype of door supervisors supersedes any initial contact; we believe that it is important to dispel these stereotypes.
All of our security officers are uniformed and professional as we believe that these are essential criteria to meet the high calibre service which we offer; these services are as follows;
- To supply professional door supervisors
- Meeting and Greeting patrons
- To comply with current Health and Safety Regulations (drugs, alcohol and violence)
- Controlling door entry and carrying out searches (if required)
- Establish and maintain positive working links with the local authorities.
- To represent the G.S.S. group and to maintain a professional outlook In any given situation.
- To be literate with incident and accident reports.
